As with our London office, Tulchan Communications in Singapore specialises in capital market communications with the focus primarily on shareholder value to help companies manage their relationships with the investment community. We specialise in Investor Relations, cross-border transaction advice and crisis communications.

In slight contrast to the London office we also focus on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) work as a means to complete the financial and non-financial advisory role for our clients here.

Investor Relations
We offer a full service Investor Relations Product. A key part of that product is our Investment Community Audits in which we have worldwide experience. These audits provide Boards with independent insights into the investor and sell-side universe and as such are invaluable for our clients who have undertaken them.

Transactions
Tulchan has extensive international experience in successfully managing communications in an M&A process with the increased pressure that such situations bring. We help companies with the preparation of the narrative ahead of the event, advise on the likely reaction of the media and capital markets to any announcements and assist with preparing and rehearsing management in advance of public statements.

Corporate Social Responsibility
Our objective is to help Companies in the field of CSR where some of their biggest non-financial risks may sit. Our role is to help organisations manage the CSR agenda in such a way as to build a reputation that supports their growth ambitions. There are many ways in which we can support our clients in this emerging area, in some instances we work with a business and its key stakeholders to define their top CSR issues and put in place a strategy to manage them. We also help clients up-skill employees on CSR matters and in some cases help specific or sensitive issues.

Crisis Communications and Reputation Management
All companies will experience unexpected situations that require swift and effective communications responses, either internally or externally. We help clients plan for those situations and develop optimal communications tactics through scenario planning exercises, response preparation and identification of relevant issues that they should prepare for.
