I jumped at the opportunity to join Tulchan after six years at Ludgate Communications. I’m in sole charge and responsible for developing and maintaining the company finances, including developing the monthly financial reports. I joined in May 2001 and can’t believe I’ve been here that long - maybe its something to do with the fact that I like it…

We’ve been very lucky in the people we’ve hired and the atmosphere in the office is second to none. The benefits we give to all staff are excellent (and are real benefits in that the employee is not taxed on them); for example, throughout the year we have drinks evenings where the company coughs up and awards prizes for staff who have performed over and above the call of duty. Again (with my finance hat on) this is tax free!

It’s hard work but I wouldn’t have it any other way.
