Having graduated from Edinburgh University with a Masters in Politics, and completed two internships at other consultancies, I joined Tulchan four years ago as the retail specialist on the analyst team. During my time as an analyst, I benchmarked our retail clients on the basis of financial performance, share price movements and relative valuation, giving me a methodical and detailed training. One of the benefits of the way we work is that if there was ever anything I didn’t know, there was always someone an elbow away who had fantastic experience in that particular field.

Since April 2005 I have been a member of the consulting team. I enjoy the collegiate way we work, we challenge each other a lot and our system gives us a more sensible set of priorities; I genuinely believe that our clients get undiluted, fat free advice.
