After 19 years working in the City, initially as a solicitor and for 15 years as an investment banker, I was looking for a completely different challenge. That came in September 2003 when I joined Tulchan as practice partner, giving me the chance to make a difference within a dynamic and evolving business.

Apart from the experience and insight of our consultants, our key difference and the idea that makes us so unique is our structure, designed to surround the consultants with support. But that structure should remain quietly and efficiently invisible. There’s no benefit to anybody in “showing the workings”.

Drawing on my extensive experience in transactions and the management of teams of financial advisors, my role is to lead a small management team.  I focus on adding value through enhancing our professional practices, optimising the use of our resources, developing and training our staff and managing our finances.
