John Sunnucks joined the firm in September 2007 from Brunswick where he had been a Partner for fourteen years, latterly on the group management committee.

In his twenty year career in financial and corporate PR John has advised a wide range of UK and international companies, large and small, in retained financial communications and project work. He has led teams on numerous M&A transactions, hostile and agreed, working for defence and aggressor. He has extensive experience of crisis management, shareholder actions, defence planning, legal disputes and major capital raisings in both the primary and secondary markets.

He has a degree in English from Oxford and also spent a short time in the army.
