We aim to get the best out of each of our people, organising around them so they concentrate only on their speciality. Almost everyone at Tulchan has a client serving role because our aim as a company is to enhance and complement our clients’ existing communication function.

We have a commitment that none of our Consultants will lead on more than seven clients. They are often supported by one of our Associates who provide input to strategic thinking and executive help.

Further specialist support comes from our team of Analysts who will provide a regular flow on information on peer companies and sector developments, a huge benefit to our clients and consultants alike. They give real time intelligence, background and news updates relevant to their projects, invaluable to our clients generated without distracting or diverting the consultant from their main function and discipline.

And all are in turn supported by an Account Administrator, who is responsible for all logistics and organisation of the account. It is also the Account Administrator’s role to provide a central point of contact and information.

To ensure satisfaction we carry out a statutory review of the service and value we are giving to our clients, always led by a senior Consultant not involved in that client’s business.
