Tulchan Communications announces new Partners and Promotions

Tulchan Communications LLP is pleased to announce the addition of four new Partners and a number of internal promotions.


The following have been invited to join the Partnership:

Hamide Ahmet

Hamide has overseen HR at Tulchan for four years, during which time Tulchan has been certified as a Great Place to Work and a B-Corporation, and is widely regarded as a best-in-class employer in our industry. She has done a particularly brilliant job at enabling Tulchan to recruit, train and retain a high performing and motivated workforce during the pandemic.

Mark Burgess

Mark has over 30 years of senior Fund Management experience and was most recently Chief Investment Officer EMEA and Deputy Global CIO for Columbia Threadneedle Investments, a position he held for nine years. He joined Tulchan in 2020 as a Senior Advisor and has already supported clients on investor ESG issues.

Nick Laitner

One of London’s most experienced political communications and corporate reputation advisors, Nick has been an integral part of Tulchan’s broad offer in recent years, and currently advises a number of our clients on the political environment, stakeholder engagement and wider corporate positioning. He joins Graeme Wilson as a Partner in our Policy Advisory and Corporate Reputation team.

Olivia Peters

Olivia joined Tulchan as a Director in 2019, having had a 13 year career as an equity research analyst at Macquarie, RBC and Berenberg. With a wealth of understanding in the industrials space, she has already become an important advisor to our clients. Olivia joins Martin Robinson in leading the Industrials team.

Tulchan is also pleased to announce the following promotions:


Guy Bates has been with Tulchan since 2016, during which time he has been a respected and diligent advisor to clients in a range of sectors on their financial and corporate communications. He will now sit primarily in our Financials team.

Will Palfreyman joined Tulchan in 2016 and has subsequently proved a proactive and thoughtful consultant to a number of our clients. He primarily works in our Consumer and Property team.


Misha Bayliss, Laura Marshall, Jordan McCulla, Marta Parry-Jones, Sarah Pierce and Hollie Ralston have all been promoted from Executive to Associate.


Dolapo Akinbolagbe has been promoted from Intern to Executive.
